Cave Entrance, Tile Edition
🕑 Added 2019-08-29 13:57:33 +0000 UTCLast week, I published the Cave Entrance for 3d Printed Tabletop's new Lost Adventures Kickstarter. I got lots of positive feedback, but also heard the same request multiple times. To make a version of the cave entrance that can have tiles on the other side of the entrance. Well, on a whim, I decided to go for it.
We now have a cave entrance that can flow right into tiles using (depending on the option you choose) OpenLock, InfinityLock, DragonBite, or (using new clip adapters also published here) dungeonsticks. There's also an option for each, with or without squares on the ground.
As many of you know, I've had a long journey on being able to produce caves I'm happy with. If you all like these textures, I think I'm finally ready to take a crack at cave tiles to go with this entrance.

I could have cut the other one up myself, I'll see about this one though. Thanks!

Let me know, it is smaller than the other one. If you would have to shrink it, I can see about cutting it up.

Am I going to have to shrink this one down 10% to fit on my printer like the other one did? ☹️

not yet, but I think that seems like a natural progression

Do you have a transition piece that would step down from the tile in the cave entrance to cavern side? Sort of the way the piece naturally transitions on the open side of the entrance.

I love it! Transition tiles are a great idea!

I see it now. Thanks.

It's just another stl on the model.

This looks really nice, one of the issues I have had with dungeon tiles (houses, caves or stone) in general has been a transition from tiled space to non-tiled space. This will do that nicely. I supported the Lost Adventures Kickstarter - so now I have a choice in which one to print. I do not see a link to the DungeonStick transition though.

This looks great! I would love to see a full cave set in this style
