Dungeon Stone Trap Walls
🕑 Added 2019-12-19 19:07:03 +0000 UTCI've been debating with myself for months now how to produce tiles for traps, and earlier this month, I realized, I already have an approach, at least for walls, that makes swapping the wall out easy - secret doors. So I set about building some fun traps using the removable wall approach that is compatible with secret doors.
We have a number of different trap options here:
- Fire trap
- Gas trap
- A wall mounted hole that can be used for a variety of traps (and is the basis for both the fire and gas traps)
- Swinging axe trap (You can also glue in miniature bits to create other swinging traps
- Dart holes
- Spikes (Dart holes are sized for toothpicks)

My bad. using the wrong files, Imperial files have smaller holes than metric. but think you've switched the fils 2x.fire_hole.magnetic_metric got small hols and 2x.fire_hole.magnetic_imperial got big hols should it not be the other way around

Hey. why does fire wall have 5mm hole, when bottom and multiple walls is with 3mm. Pick of you want to use magnets for the secret door (recommended) or registration bumps (.magnetic. or not). If you use magnetic, you will need 1/8" x 3/32" magnets for imperial or 5mm x 3mm magnets for metric

Fair point, I didn't really think that through. luckily the piece is replaceable, I'll see if I can bang out a different fire blast this weekend.

Very cool. Would think the fire trap would be more like a horizontal mushroom than a sideways campfire though.
