What is the next move on my condition

My ear still ringing, and even though I feel better, my legs feels numb and somethings got a sensation of motion in it. The doctor suspect that my lifestyle has to do with it. Sitting and with no exercise, and with my unhealthy food intake causes stress in the nerves at my legs, and possibly on my ears as well.
He want me to undergo some lab test that includes mainly blood testing and chemistry. In my mind I suspect it might be to check if I am diabetic or with some other problems. Though I am not really fat (just a bit chubby, and not the watery type of that), but I really take in softdrinks and sweets in almost daily basis. I also work overtime, sleeping at 1 to 2 AM and waking up at 8AM. Only then when I got problems that I reduce my intake of these foods and sleep on the right time.
It is just speculation, but the lab test will only prove it. I do wish to get better so I am changing my lifestyle now for my health.

Thanks for the advice. Fortunately, lab results show normal condition of my body. But I still got ear ringing and Beign Paradoxymal Vertigo. I wonder if I have to intact anti-vertigo tablets from now on till the end. I am now doing exercise for BPPV to correct it.

I'm glad you're holdin' up, man. I respect your work ethic bud, but ya can't always just push your way through. Been there plenty myself. Not to come across all motherly or whatnot, but ya gotta make sure ya take it easy sometimes, get some quality grub, go for a walk and stuff. In the current circumstances, I understand that's a bit more difficult, but we find ways to take care of ourselves. That said, thanks for the update and hang in there.
