It's a play on the phrase "that dog don't hunt", which means "that's a bad idea" or "that's not going to work". :3 Toffee has a lot of sighthound in his blood via Eleanor (afghan hound, some saluki), which contributes to his long lean build. He's technically bred to chase and kill small moving prey (particularly rodents). Unfortunately I think he'd rather BE bred by a certain rodent
