The holidays are not good for me. I’m wracked with PTSD and other awful stress symptoms. Yesterday I could barely leave my house. Gael, this audio was magic. I hope you read this. I have never felt this connected to or, for lack of better terminology, so SEEN. This is a very isolating time of year. Thank you for helping it be less so.

Dude I luv ye for thinking of us, but the only thing I want right now is to lay on my tummy and watch some trashy tv. I embraced the traditions of my forefathers and have a somewhat uncomfortable food baby gestating currently. Sexy time is a no go over here, I'll happily listen to this tomorrow though. 😋 For tonight I'm snail mode. 🐌 The only exercise my body will get is my thumb as I work the remote. Haha! Update: So I listened today, that's some serious pampering, you hit all the buttons on that!
