We are gathered here today to remember Zoomie. The small but powerful entity that delivered the sound from Gael’s mouth to the 3Dio microphone and made every 3D tingle possible.
Zoomie will be missed.
When asked about his feelings regarding Zoomie, Gaelforce said
“If mics could be veterans, Zoomie would be given the highest honor for servicing its cumtry. Valor like no other…”
You were brave and loyal. You were dragged into fields and set out on beaches…. you were strapped to walls and hung from ceilings.
You worked mere millimeters from powerful thrusting hips and strong muscly arms and remained stoic. You looked the Irish serpent straight in the eye and stood the course.

You did of course have to be immediately replaced because … well, a man has to work. but… your exciting life and exemplary service to the world will not be forgotten.

I’d wager 4 on the low end (I’m not currently pro and I have 4). A desk/workhorse, a travel, a studio/xlr, and the binaural.

My sympathies, Gael. I hope that he went peacefully and was an organ donor. May he live on by extending the lives of other Zoomies. Cause of death? Old age? Natural causes? Exhaustion? Overheating? Electrical short? Power surge? Repeated, errant shots from the Irish serpent?

I have never laughed so hard at a funeral/eulogy/service. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Zoomie lived a full life.
