Ok, look. Confession time. This is probably my absolute favorite audio from you, G. I have listened to it every night for the past week and it is now the only way I can get past my insomnia and actually get some rest. The anxiety has been -real- past couple of months and this has been so helpful. While I'm on it, you have inspired me to actually do something I've been wanting to do for a long time. I'm learning to speak/read Irish. I cannot express the amount of giddiness and accomplishment I feel when I listen to your audios and catch a word or phrase that I understand now and again. So thank you for both the good nights' rest and the inspiration.🖤🍀

I finally gave this a try. This audio is truly a blessing G! Been feeling very stressed and frazzled lately and have a hard time slowing down and relaxing when it's time to sleep. I've tried several sleep meditations and Yoga Nidras but I find my mind wandering and getting distracted all the time. This audio was the answer. Just to hear that slow, steady breathing immediately calmed me down and helped me breathe more deeply too (in sync with you lol). Your voice is so soothing and it definitely has a grounding effect on me. Forever grateful! 🙏🧡
