Desktop Tour - October 2024

I have some plans to upgrade/optimize this that I'll talk about in future videos, but this is what I've been working with for most of 2024.

I'm using the same stuff, QEMU/KVM with GPU passthrough. Not sure why it wouldn't be working for you, maybe try checking `dmesg` or `journalctl` to look for errors. I primarily use `virt-manager` to manage them if that helps.

Question: how do you virtualize? Ive been looking into QEMU/KVM with GPU passthrough and am having trouble. Getting the Windows VM properly using my GPU. Ive made sure to isolate my GPU too.

It's good! I'm sure there are things that are better, but this has served me well so far and I don't see any need to replace it yet. Though I should mention, I haven't really used the SMD heat gun much so I can't say anything definitive about it yet.

Congrats on Day 8 of the WiiU Gamepad stream! I could watch those all day long. Also, is that a YIHUA soldering station? How do you like it? I'm looking to replace my budget JBC clone.
