For the part with excess or ‘erroneous’ production: I think it may have been something along the lines that they had so much surplus that they actually had no idea what to do. As with many games with limited inventory space, sometimes you have to discard items either for exceeding weight capacity or slots. In SK’s case, small population and foreign Humans refusing to buy surplus may have caused the Elder Liches to just discard it and not bother higher ups with ‘good’ issues. Ludmila must have had Shalltear escalate it. Ainz being Ainz immediately told them to buy up the surplus and begin testing converting to Yggdrasil gold. As for the ‘conflux’ part: Shouldn’t it be ‘Nexus’ instead? Anyways, I think in order for it to be a conflux, Ludmila would have to be recognized by the World as a Warden for the Katze Plains territory. As of now, all we know is that she can ‘absorb’ negative energy in her territory and negative energy directly/indirectly caused by her (aka confirmed kills under her purview). We don’t know if she can manipulate it? Would be interesting to see what happens at the convergence area. Chaos? Chaotic energy? Maybe the basis for Chaos Magic. Damn this Universe is so expansive.

Lots of things show/presented in these chapter all time :) making it great again, i really love these kingdom building chapter really :) “Considering that the Empire already considers itself the pinnacle of cosmopolitan society,” Frianne said Huhu feel a bit off how Frianne said it like she not also considers it and is included into it, also come one nothing said Ludmilla? Pinnacle of cosmopolitan society of the region Re-Estize/Empire yes, but the world? or other countrie around, i doubt it a lot :P “And thus the Empire remains forever mundane,” Ludmila sighed. “That was the same thing that our central administration’s almanac listed. The actual harvest was one hundred bushels per hectare.” “So you attribute this to the effect of primal energies proposed in the Unified Mana Theory that Miss LeNez brought up,” Frianne said. “The abundant positive energy present in Warden’s Vale results in higher yields.” Awww, was really thinking that was the perfect entry to ALSO drop the Vocation Bonus of Farmer in these yields of crops and 'hammer' it............and start domino on all things it open to the eyes for them....why Ludmilla say nothing and let this perfect chance out here? (they have the numbers and data to throw into them to prove it and make it a fact anyway and without say Class Level and etc info like that) specially when just a second before she said a line like “And thus the Empire remains forever mundane,” showing its one of the vital points she had in mind, why only presenting it as the effect of primal energies proposed in the Unified Mana Theory when they are also big others important things to say and make it clear with their ignorant and mundane worldview that they try to change and open their eyes "Since that was the case, they tried to destroy the ‘erroneous’ harvest since it was clearly in violation of the mandated amount. I had to get the Sorcerer King to stop them.” I just don't buy it on this little part/line, seem way over the top here, did Ludmilla exagerate to make some point? with all what we get before all time and untill now of the Elder Lich and etc... Nonna and others Elder Lich of the Administration (and all their experience they keep getting for these 2 years) and when they saying stuff about when incomphrehensible things happen, its data who will make new knowledge and so change the understanding, moreover here in this case when its something who IS better for SK (more harvest), "destroy the ‘erroneous’ harvest" seem way way too much and feel off with all what we get to see about them before Particulary with a need of "I had to get the Sorcerer King to stop them" Maybe a low low position and very new Elder Lich can have some reaction like that (plausible but i doubt it as they get trained about things like that and how to manage them for sure at this points of time with the constant similar things who keep happenned for these past 2 years) so that it had to get at the Sorcerer King is just na xD And the Elder Lich more in charge like Nonna for example will stop it directly (Destroy Goods/Ressource of SK? Sacrilege) and clearly know what to do with a new data bringing a incomprehensible things like that) Yeah a bit too much and feel a overexageration (strange for her character in my view in the first place) of Ludmilla to make a point Dimoiya gave Ludmila a dubious look. “Are you a bad woman like Wagner?” “It’s true,” Rangobart said, then cleared his throat. “About the Rangers, I mean. Rangobart xD, traumatised and already get owned multiple time by Wagner hmmm :) "They can handle ploughs with six blades, too. The smiths are working on a twelve-blade plough that we can use with Soul Waters next spring." Typo? Soul Waters? :P “Corelyn and Wagner don’t seem to push Skeleton labour for agricultural applications,” Frianne said. “Why is that?” “The demand for Skeleton labour is much higher,” Ludmila replied. “We’re facing a shortage even within the Sorcerous Kingdom.” Hmm for Corelyn part was it not because orchard and etc (her agriculture thingy) don't have use for them so that why they had less Skeleton Labour in these area? “but the two major factors are ‘distance’ and ‘control’. I think you understand the control issue well enough. What I mean by distance is not physical distance, but the degrees of separation that any individual has from any given process. If one has too many degrees of separation from a process, one loses touch with the realities of that process unless one makes an active effort to understand it. Not many people care enough to do so or have the time to even if they did.” Well Ludmilla seem it still again just don't pass the wall they had build and get throught them here fro this Similar for the Ranger and Druid thingy and plenty of others things Like Lost Boys said "It is like pulling fucking teeth and these are the Imperials most open to change" This Distance factors make me think about the Dwarve chapter who touched similar/linked things and where the Imperial was again just oblivious on it and it didn't click and get through them “Our Empire’s Court Council is composed of administrators that oversee the direction of the state,” Rangobart replied. “They don’t directly participate in industrial activities.” “Hm…is that so? You Humans are strange fellows. How do you know how things work if you don’t do it yourselves?” A bit Implied the fuck is this in some way xD and im sure if Dwarve know more and have more interaction they will look at it with even more Huh? :P “You would make a good Elder Lich,” “I thought Elder Liches are supposed to be smart,” Dimoiya said. “That may be so, but they’re also very arbitrary in the way that Undead can be.” I think Ludmilla made a point here to the Imperial who totally fly over them, comparing them to Elder Lich as they are the 'same' and how they react/do thing sometime :) "Could it be that the Katze Plains and Warden’s Vale form two poles of an elemental conflux?”" Very interesting as to maybe the World 'Plan' (or Correction) for why Ludmilla and etc and Ainz arrival "A sigh escaped Frianne’s lips. She was so sure that she had everything sorted out before coming to the Sorcerous Kingdom." Frianne if only you know, this is just the beginning xD
