I agree with Dozzy: it's not cheating, it's gaining a tactical advantage. Imagine you were faced with business, personal or any other kind of decision IRL, and you were presented with the opportunity to gain a tactical advantage that would benefit you/your family/work team/social group/etc., didn't violate your ethics, and wasn't illegal in your jurisdiction, why wouldn't you take the advantage? Additionally, (IMO) if CD Projekt Red really wanted to have the console available for their use exclusively, they could easily code that into the game. Although, if they did code that into the game, (IMO) it would not be as popular as it is.

The file here registers the .CT fileextension, fixes some issues that prevent CE from running, and adjust file protection to some dll's and paths in this archive so that windows 10 apps can access them (the one without installer does not, you have to do that yourself)

If i understand correctly there are files with these names but these files are harmless and their content is not dangerous, just Microsoft is detecting the file names as Application which coould be dangerous because they dont know that the files content got changed from you. So i have no reasson to worry about?

Windows Defender does act like an AV as well (Though not a good one) As i said, it detects based on names and who made it, not based on the contents of the file. You could tell microsoft about it and they will say :"we did not detect any malware and have removed detection from the file. Thank you for contacting microsoft" and yet still shows it has it. You can disable :"reputation based protection" which is what is blocking you

Hm okay but i dont use AV, i have only Windows Defender. The Windows Defender is detecting the PUA:Win32/FusionCore after i open the cheat engine 7.1exe . i downloaded it from here an hour ago i dont know why, the CE version from the CE site had contained the same just an other PUA, the file without setup had it contained too

It doesn't contain it. The anti virus you use is just not capable of distinguishing the normal installer that does use fusioncore for advertisement with the patreon version that does not. Both versions are called :"cheat engine" and both versions have my digital signature. And the AV you use only looks at that, and not at the contents of the file

why is PUA:Win32/FusionCore included in this CE version? For what it is important or why it has to be contain? I thought i could get here the version without PUA. Thats why i made a new account to join here and paid. Because Patreon guarantees there is nothing about addware or any other senseless add ons. Google say PUA is not required for any software. because it is senseless and could install unwanted software So thats why i am confused now

CE will keep working and nothing else will get installed. Just if you wish to run the installer again you will be blocked until you sign up again or use the public one

Go to the download page and search for :"and if you wish to have the raw files without any configuration of file access permission by the setup click here." Then click "here". Also, i can guarantee you that this .exe does not have installcore. The antivirus just says it has it because it is called :"cheat engine" and some AV are just incompetent

I am only interested in a non-installer version. However, I ran all the .exe from the website non-installer version through virustotal and they all had installcore. Could you make a non-installer version for Patreons without installcore? Please? :)

The non-installer can be found on the downloads page of the CE site. It's available for everyone. The installer right here does not have installcore or other addons and is only for patreons

It’ interesting how a Minecraft launcher sells your data. I guess that nothing on the internet is free, even free applications need your data as payment, or they just bundle with viruses if you don’t join their Patreon

That's because you have a really bafly designed anti-virus. It only looks at the name (Cheat Engine) and automatically assumes it comes with fusioncore without even looking at the file contents. Which only the public version uses, not the patreon version. (This means your current anti virus does not protect you if someone where to rename a virus and send it to you...)

Check that your AV isn't 'protecting' you from running CE. And uninstall Badlion and afterwards estart windows(not shut down and back on, actual restart)

It's fine, there isn't any adware in it. I recommend looking at places like VirusTotal The majority of the results show it's merely a 'hack tool' or potentially unwanted. Try it in a hour. The previous person who had this issue found it worked fine later. That delay seems to happen on every first of the month. The patreon servers seem to be overloaded during that day. (E.g: Your patreon profile says you are a patreon member here, but you do not show up in the patreon relation ship manager list of cheatengine. So likely there is some delay there)

As everyone here can attest this version does not have any adware. If you did get adware it came from somewhere else. If you mean your anti virus did warn you about it that is because the .exe is called "CheatEngine*.exe" and it is signed by me. But you have to blame your stupid AV then, not CE

It should have automatically added you to discord. Check your patreon settings for discord related things. You may have to give it access

You can either fill it in or leave empty. CE related websites can setup a ceshare server and then you can fill that in (in settings as well) and then use it. e.g fearlessrevolution.com has one running at :"https://fearlessrevolution.com/ceshare/"
