I was so not expecting that confession from Peyton. I continue to really like her character, but it seems I'm in the minority.
Karen is gonna date her professor? That seems a bit out of character to me, but let's see how it goes.

The way the show goes is kinda like actual high school, it may not seem like there’s no basketball because it’s not basketball season. Which I love, that way it’s not basketball centered.

I like Peyton too. She's a character who definitely has her ups and downs and S1 was definitely not her best season. With the whole having an affair with Lucas behind Brooke's back. I've always been of the opinion that people put too much culpability on Peyton though. Lucas played those girls in season 1 and he deserves more vitriol than Peyton in my opinion. Peyton's confession in this episode always makes me cry. This is a girl who has been through so much in her life. Also yes... fuck Felix I hate that dude! Brooke really had it the hardest this episode, being forced to be around that asshole. I wish she would have punched him.
