I'm still not sold on Abby and Buck as a romantic pair, but I do think they have something that would make a nice friendship.
Poor Athena seems so bored at her desk job. So much in fact, that she was willing to help Buck.
Totally off topic, but Hen looks so good in those Aviators. It kind of makes me want to shave my head again. Lol.

finally some bobby backstory! as you know season 1 isn’t my favorite but it’s so important for bobby’s story so i never skip it. it’s just so devastating what addiction can do to people and the damage it can cause. we get episodes for each of the main characters backstories throughout the seasons and they are all so good. easily some of my favorite episodes. buck is 26 and i think abby is in her 40s? it’s not the age gap that’s the issue for me, i just don’t enjoy them together. abby feels so disconnected from the rest of the characters and the series as a whole for me that when we get to her scenes, i get bored and wish the others were onscreen instead. like the story with her mom is very real and sad, but as a character, abby does nothing for me. and yay for some chimney references!
