No, it's not canon, Ze already told that on Instagram. But they will have some kind of relationship, maybe like using each others powers to do some stuff for the sake of help but that's just my guess.

I'm so curious about Lex's bracelets. They look so cool and the simbols on the inner side tickle my mind xD Julian said Lex is unregistered so those bracelets might keep him under the radars or they literally control his powers. Can't wait to know the story of the past why he is an ex-convict. He definitely used to do some creepy stuff with that face xD
