Known issues
- The "Twin Tails High with Bangs" hairstyle has skinning issues and will intermittently attempt to penetrate your skull
- *Not all hairstyles have physics rigs, and most of the hair physics rigs are first-pass

Hi there, sorry to hear you feel this way. The character customization is a pretty huge feature that we put a lot of love and effort into. However, there is a refund request process available through Patreon if you wish to do this.
