$15 USD Extra Medium Incorrect Pricing Alert

It has come to our attention that some of those who subscribed monthly when XM was incorrectly set at $15 USD are still paying that amount. We wanted to ensure that if you fell into this category, you knew and were told how to correct it.
To check if you are paying the incorrect price open the web version of the site and go to the membership screen. Once in memberships click edit membership followed by edit payment method and then click custom amount. If the number is still displayed as $15 lower it to $10 and you should be good going forward. Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused and thank you so much to those who let us know so we could spread the word.

Thatβs great. It wasnβt meant as direct criticism. I wish there was an affordable ethic access to therapy for everybody. The amount of people in dire need grew exponentially in the past years. So where can I send my extra $5 every month?

So I noticed this too and itβs displayed as Β£8.50 but thatβs without VAT. So Β£10.20 is the correct price. I donβt care and I know you said you donβt either, but thought I would reply so it makes sense as I was also confused.

Not sure about other, but for my UK account. When going to the edit option it shows the correct price of 8.50 a month but was actually being charged 10.20. (Not that I cared, I was fine paying that). Let's see what happens next month now that I've re-subbed

I think the "You knew and were told how to correct it" was more in the sense of "Thanks for letting us know, we want to help fix this if you want to pay $10 instead" as opposed to "If you haven't fixed it, it's on you". Or that's how I interpreted it at least.

Since becoming independent we haven't done any and have no plans on ever doing so. Although still massive advocates and supporters of therapy they as a brand do not align with our values. We could advertise with them but at our start we unanimously decided against it.
