Hey Geoff, for your car troubles, I use a dongle that plugs in under my steering wheel called "FIXD" that will diagnose any dash light and send it to the app on your phone. Also, if yall want a puzzle game, "Table Top Simulator" has lots of puzzles. Always love the podcast and enjoy listening to you guys.

huh, I was listening to this while playing Microsoft Jigsaw...it's okay, it has ads in it unless you buy a monthly/yearly subscription (separate to game pass) but you can make custom puzzles out of your own images. The timing.

Geoff! In the future, what your car did is called "Limp mode". Ironically, it's so that you can get home, but only just. If that were to happen in the future, you could likely ask the AutoZone employee to clear out the error codes on your computer while they're hooked up over OBDII, and if it's an intermittent error, you may have been able to drive it home without it recurring.

I have strong opinions about knife steels, for pocket knives and kitchen knives, (BD1N is my current favorite for both), but I have never thought about the metal content of regular cutlery. I would image it is all some flavor of stainless steel, so it would be magnetic.

well considering he said that the code came back for specifically a fuel pressure sensor and the vehicle ran normal apart from being put into limp mode due to the stored code, yes it would have reset the limp mode condition. (I work on cars for a living, see it all the time)

side note, you could have had the autozone employee reset the check engine light and clear the codes to remove the "limp mode" condition and the vehicle would've drove normal until the sensor acted up again.

Not only did episode 28 of F**kFace feature Andrew’s long long back and a large intake of the paranoid era, but it also had: the first mention of “Thank Me Later”, Geoff talking about taking his car into the dealership to fix a sensor issue, AND Andrew brought up how he has an unbreakable nose to which Geoff replied that he had just watched the Roy Jones Jr. and Mike Tyson fight and that Mike was a 54 yr old man who could absolutely break Andrew’s nose. Time is a flat circle
