I’m way late watching this, but for Eric’s bullet train idea, unfortunately it would just look like a bullet falling down as if it were dropped from the train. Gravity is still affecting the bullet so it would not move perfectly horizontally across the window as Eric wishes.

To answer Eric’s bullet train question. Most bullets move too fast for it to work, but a standard Civil War Cannon can fire at around 250 mph. Most Japanese Bullet trains go anywhere between 200 and 275 miles per hour, so it is possible to fire a Cannon and have it “walk” past a train.

So I think Andrew might be thinking of the 1979 movie. It might not be a cartoon but he does have a bike with the shield on the front. I would be curious to hear if that is what he is thinking of. Another option is he could be weirdly combining the 1979 movie with the 1966 cartoon show. Combing the art style of the 66 show with the bike of the 79 movie. That is my best guess.
