In New Zealand we have pineapple lumps, which are a kind of pineapple flavoured marshmellow covered in chocolate. I love them so i cant wait to make some of these

As a baker just wanted to let you guys know you can melt any chocolate in a microwave just make sure you do it in 30 seconds intervals and to stir it so it doesn't burn to the bottom of the bowl!

PSA for anyone who wants good-tasting melting chocolate: add half a bar of paraffin wax to whatever your favorite chocolate is in bar or chip form and it will come out nice and smooth. also the water just has to be boiling and you only really need to stir it every couple of minutes while you're doing dishes or whatever. thank you for coming to my TED talk on melting chocolate.
