I think Nick’s idea is basically gnocchi. Mix some potatoes, flour, and egg and form it into a dough. Then shape that dough into bagel. Then boil and bake. That’s just baked gnocchi

Gonna have to make this myself but Instead of scooping the softs, compact the softs. Toast it x2, butter, cheese with bacon bits, then mash, then extra bits I would whack a sizzle steak on bit of garlic butter the top and bam it closed and done 🤤 that's a hecking meal
