Hale (iirc) is the drone war whistleblower. The Vault 7 guy is definitely not Assange, though wikileaks published the files. You can search the guy's name, but they've locked him up in a deeper hole than Assange. As for the boot, I believe that was based on Jeffrey's expeditions, but we didn't really get into the boot angle in this discussion.

Max Blumenthal & Grayzone put photo of diving boot left on site there. And showed that US navy seals' special bomb divers trained as such are totally set up for ( non-gov descriptors ) this! Please, guys, this has been shown. Vault 7 was Assange/ and drone stuff was Daniel Hale truths.
