Mr. Good, in an interview, Michael Hudson recommended the book History of the Great American Fortunes for understanding the early gangsterism in the U.S. Could you please recommend a book that talks about how the land was stolen from the plebs, which essentially kickstarted modern imperialism? (I know imperialism existed long before capitalism, in ancient Greece, for example, 20,000 Thracian slaves worked the silver mines, but the world wasn’t globally interconnected back then, so that was more of a local imperialism.)

I may be behind the curve with this request, but would love for you to take a dive into the JFK- hating, conspiracy-hating "left": Chomsky, the Counterpunch wad, I.F. Stone, Berlet, Democracy Now, Hedges, Zinn etc. IMHO, these chumps are worse than the MSM, since they know better, yet...
