Maybe at most a short quip, but otherwise just grunts and Vicky's iconic "Hah-HAH!" bark.

No, aside from some small grunts when taking damage, she will not be talking during gameplay. I feel it stops people from immersing into a character. She'll talk plenty in the comics and other mediums as wel.
