There is another great movie featuring a very young Tom Cruise, I think he was 19 when it was filmed called Taps, 1981, also starring Sean Penn in his first movie. Kind of a war movie, but very good. It was the first movie that I saw Tom Cruise in and you just knew it that he and Sean Penn were going to be big stars. So if you are able to see it here on Patron or in your own personal life I highly recommend it. Taps, 1981.

Enjoyed this a lot. A good Renée Zellweger movie is "Me Myself and Irene" with Jim Carrey.

You're right, a lot of amazing movies would never win a poll, since polls are usually a popularity contest. Also, a poll that is placed on Patreon and YouTube (separately) would most likely get different winners. It all really depends on the audience and what they are more geared towards. I've noticed that romance isn't usually a popular option, at least from my audience, and I wouldn't even know which movies are gems 🤣 I'm super grateful for reactr requests, marble winner picks and the producer picks that I've had, the majority are movies that I would not have thought to watch (or didn't even know existed).

This was great. I really like seeing reactions to movies that would almost never win a poll, or even be featured in one for that matter. Here’s hoping for more reactr gems in future. Probably the cutest kid I’ve ever seen in a movie. Renee was adorable too. Unfortunately I can’t suggest more as I’ve only seen a bit of Bridget Jones and that’s it.

Thank goodness for this!! Easily one of my all-time favorite movies. This has been queued up at least 50 times over the past 30 years. I saw it when I was 13 years old, and it's never left. It's only gained more context as I've gotten older.

Tom Cruise is a very versatile actor. He definitely doesn't get the credit he deserves for his acting talent. He is mainly seen as an action star but many people forget many of his different roles like Born on the 1st of July, A Few Good Men, Interview with a Vampire etc. His movie resume is spectacular. A good movie with Renee Zellweger as the co main lead is Me, Myself and Irene. Stars her and Jim Carrey. Hilarious movie.
