The whole franchise has been such a joy to watch, and get to be devilishly gleeful at all the mayhem John caused 🤣
Despite its long runtime, this did not feel almost 3h at all! The movie is so up my alley, and the stunts are just so creative and amazing. The stairs... 😨
It feels like I'll need to watch Nobody at some point soon though 😅
I am a bit bummed that we didn't see our good friend Jimmy in these past two movies, but... such is life.
I'm sad that this franchise is over. I know there's Ballerina, and I'll watch it when I can, but it doesn't feel like Keanu will be in many more movies. Age does affect how many stunts one can do 😅
Final ranking of the movies:
1st place - John Wick, John Wick: Chapter 2, John Wick: Chapter 4
last place - John Wick: Chapter 3 - Parabellum
All 4 movies were very enjoyable for me. I had so much fun🤩
For this style of reaction, you need your own copy to watch the movie. You can set picture in picture by right clicking twice on the video and selecting "Picture in picture". The right clicking twice is a bit tricky, because you have to right click, then move your cursor so it's not on the menu, then right click again

"Loving husband". I'm not crying, you're all crying. And that top-down Hotline Miami style scene in the big house is probably my favorite action sequence since The Matrix. Or maybe the corridor in Oldboy.

Also I’ll watch this later but for now I skipped to the end for some of your thoughts, and I just want to say I love that you’re a Lost fan and that you regularly mention Lost. I would be so down for Lost rewatch reactions if that’s something you’d wanna do.

Lucky for you, the franchise is not over. John Wick 5 is in development, with Keanu Reeves and Chad Stahelski returning. No idea how they’re gonna do it, but I know this series is very important to both of them, and if they’re returning to it I trust they have a good reason. And on top of Ballerina which you mentioned there’s also a spinoff about Donnie Yen’s character Caine in the works. There’s also a TV show but it is not good and not worth watching, pretty sure Keanu and Stahelski weren’t involved in that at all.
