Also, I'm curious as too what the exact content of this message is too be. Obviously, it's going too include the fact that he was at a 'brother's' funeral, and that his father is gone. Is he also going to mention the assassination attempt and the incubi investigation team? How about the death of Jonadab? The supernatural nature of all his women? Or perhaps identifying all of them so there are no issues? How about the fact Joseph and his women are now allies and under his protection? There are a lot of things that should be brought to Roland's attention.

So, Nicole was friends with Claire's Mom 17+ years ago and was discovered by Eve 10 years ago. So Nicole has been local for decades but lost contact with Claire's family for.... reasons? I'm guessing a broken romance with Claire''s mother since there seems to be an age gap between Claire and her younger siblings. Like Claire's Mom was with Claire's Dad, then with Nicole in a lesbian relationship, then broke up and finally was with another man who fathered Claire's siblings.

I think Eve has already injected Nicole with his blood. She just needs to be claimed. Plus, it sounds like Eve is playing harem match maker. Along with 5 succubi, 3 angels, 2 inferno imps, 2 hellhounds one of which is a sorceress with fire spirt, a vampire, a oni, a phoenix and human nurse a fairy would make great addition.

I knew Mrs Hayes was someone connected to the supernatural in some way. My first guess was Roland's wife/consort. I was amused to think that since Eve was his 'mother' (sort of) Mrs Hayes would be kind of be his grandmother 😀 if this was true. Instead, as Eve's partner, she is either his stepmom or ... wait for it.... HIS FAERIE GODMOTHER! It sounds like it's possible Nicole may have been with Claire's mom romantically at one point as well. Which would mean Kai & Claire have had the same stepmom/faerie godmother at one point🤣

Called it on Mrs. Hayes being fae(yay!) but loved the twist that she’s married to Eve. You’ve laid out so many wonderful threads to follow. Can’t wait for more.
