First of all thanks for your support and as a monthly extra here it is the update from my other game, Take Over, focused exclusively on Celia (the landlady for those who already played the game).First some news: Talamare, second writer and editor, has to take a break because he is busy irl. He managed to edit all the Celia's content (around 12k words of it!) for this update, but sadly he won't be available until next month.
There is already a lot of more content written: Katy has an equal amount of content as Celia, there is also a lot of content for Mirjana and Dimitria and some for Erika, Margaret and Vera, but problem is editing.
I may get a temporal editor to help to polish what's already written, but ultimately I'll probably going to re add all of it once Talamare is back since he really adds a lot to it.
Well let's go back to the update with this changelog:
- New social interaction for Celia: Hangout. This is a less sexual interaction that you can find in the Action menu (like kisses, groping, etc.) There are two options for this: Hangout in the house, and going to the restaurant. In total there are 8 scenes (at corruption < 40, < 60, < 80, and 80+), including a voyeur scene if you have trained Celia in the last scene.
- Voyeur training: Includes the initial training in CREED and 4 different scenes to increase her skill up to 70, it opens 2 scenes in hangout's too!
- Ideal transformation: The first transformation available for her! It will increase her breasts and ass signicantly although not to silly levels imo! All the new high tier scenes have their normal and transformed version, old sex scenes are not updated yet.
- Over 200 renders!
And that'd be all actually, I strongly recommend if you are using an old save to cheat and reduce Celia's corruption to 39, 59, 79 and 100 to see all the hang out scenes she has, since they are the main dish for this update!
I'll be working on other aspects of the game since there is already a lot written that I can't just add: Improving some things about the UI and other future mechanics on the game.
You can expect a new update in 2 weeks with bug fixes and content, most likely edited but maybe not all.

Weird, what does it says? no one have reported this problem so far :/ You're a male tho, the game is kinda vanilla compared to DiCK

Can you tell me what I am in this game? I am guessing a futa/herm. The game also crashes after I do a test with serium.
