However even if it were possible, i didn't wanted her to put her foot in her own mouth in the last panel. Not because of foot fetish, i wouldn't mind drawing that, but think about the setting and her foot wear, which is, non existent, thus her foot would be quite dirty. Thus she uses her finger. ..yeah
