In regards to the Not-Oak Tree drawing in all the "bad vibes" from the surrounding environment, and releasing purified energies into the world, those who Drich hires and live in the tree's proximity are REALLY going to benefit in the long run, aren't they?

Thank you for the answer! Wonder if drivers will start treating the roads around Drich’s buildings as one way roads so they always drive on the clean side. Is the employment contract just money or does it also include clinic/bodega premium access? Was gonna say health insurance, and then remembered this was cyberpunk.
