🕑 Added 2025-08-31 14:47:06 +0000 UTCHi all, here's the latest from the summer in Greenland. While it might look sunny and nice in this one, don't be fooled. Right now it is actually snowing! As we woke up today there was couple centimetres of snow on the deck. I'll post some pics tomorrow!

In the States we have a crowd sourced application called Active Captain. It integrates with the charts, specifically Garmin (they bought Active Captain). You can pick a spot on a chart and enter notes about that spot. Lits of good anchorage information... It seems widely shared local knowledge would be very valuable in Greenland. Is there anything like that, or isn't there enough demand?

Your new charts seem to provide a level of safety when in uncharted waters. Does the data from your depth soundings get shared anonymously so others can benefit from your exploration?
