It absolutely is pandering to the anti-vax population. The irony is I am being critical of the video you linked, it has nothing to do with other sources. He is purposefully vague and ignores context to the point where anti-vaxers perceive him to support their arguments. That's all that video is. I highly recommend that YOU be more critical of the propaganda being fed to YOU. Anti-vaxxers are some of the most ignorant and biased individuals, and if they are flocking to the message he is sending, then you should be asking why, when as you state, he isn't anti-vax. He is either pushing what they believe, or they think he is.
