AC: "channeling that rage into conservative vote" isn't really a direct line, when talking about what I'd call the "crisis/outrage media industry" (MSNBC as much a part of this as Team Shapiro/etc.). It's really just about keeping viewers hooked on the latest "truth" to drop so they can sell ads. Old like MSNBC/Fox is 75% propped up by pharmaceuticals, podcast conservatives propped up by supplements and VPNs. They don't really care about what they rep...they get more outrage viewing when their side is the mistreated underdog!
