Note that Broken windows policing in fact did not work. And included "stop and frisk" which was ruled unconstitutional because it disproportionately affected brown people unrelated to income and location.

Also the jail systems are over flowing and releasing people early so what would there is no solution here. Arresting them will just lead them to be let out early because the crime was no serious.

The question about “good and evil” was definitely interesting But especially in this context, we have to see “good” as something different from “survival” If any average person has to decide between surviving and doing what is “right”, they’re going to survive Whether that’s breaking into a car, holding someone up, or otherwise Not all crimes are due to this, but especially people from a country that already has economic issues I don’t believe that people in general do anything because they think it’s “evil” It’s either ignorance or for survival in my opinion

I’m from Colorado and currently live about 30 minutes away from aurora. This problem is not isolated and I feel like it will spread to the rest of the Denver metro. Thanks for reporting. (Ps this specific part of the Denver area has always been sketchy and I do not think it should solely be blamed on the migrants who moved here in the past year. But extortion and violence against police officers in this area has definitely risen since)
