With all the guns around in the US and Trump sending the military in, I really hope we're not gonna see people start shooting. One thing I would love from Channel 5 and that I am looking to Channel 5 for: Can you give us outsiders some idea of the scope of this? I have seen some mainstream media stuff that seems to suggest that basically the whole of LA is on fire and needs to be "saved" by Trump's troops (clearly a huge overstatement) and others who downplay along the lines of "these are just a few kids and 1 or 2 blocks, anything else is right wing propaganda" (seems like an understatement). I appreciate the raw footage and the individual voices here and there that Sidam got on tape, but I would really be interested if you guys could try to add some more general commentary/analysis of what is going on.

Yeah they need someone to be a leader, the people are not doing themselves justice with what they're saying and doing. It comes off as just chaos and escalation. For example, I don't think they talk enough about how difficult it is for immigrants to gain citizenship. We wouldn't have so many undocumented citizens if we just documented them. It shouldn't be so hard to escape their country. We should be welcoming them in and documenting them so they can pay taxes and work legally. There are instances of it taking decades to gain citizenship, when you know it takes about an hours work to get all the paperwork done
