That "homeless tent" in front of the white house is not how Andrew described it. It has been there since 1981 as a protest for nuclear disarmament. Look up "White House Peace Vigil" to learn about it. Andrew should have known better. They have a ton of protest signs in front of it in this video, not asking for money or support.

When Republicans passed the BBB they cut 1 billion out of DC's budget even though it resulted on no savings to the taxpayers. (It was just authorization to spend funds DC already collets) I'm seeing a bunch of national guard in mainly rich liberal areas.
