Thanks for replying! i hope my comment didn't come across as mean, just an observation. I personally use Pocket Casts on my phone to listen to this podcast, you can add a private Patreon podcast rss feed via their website and according to the app, the audio files for this podcast are 770 MB and 646 MB so i think it just downloads the files directly from Patreon :)

My partner has had some medical issues the last year, and we've rewatched X-Files twice recently. It's a big comfort show for her. Anyway, the last couple of seasons seem like "the bad ones," and in many ways, yes, they are. But there are some banger episodes in there too—the Mandela Effect episode, for instance.

I can look into shrinking the files sizes! To be honest, I didn’t realize anyone would be downloading the file itself, rather they’d use the custom RSS link and add it to their podcast platform of choice. That said, now that I know I can try to get that down a bit
