Alkaline Body PH Balancer

It is also used as a means for attack by magicians which is what happened to me. Our shields are only as strong as our body and I made this to help strenthen the body. Also if you are on a spiritual path, the body becomes extra sensitive to foods that you were able to consume so easily before.
A drink I can recommend is drank in the arab world. It is called nabeez, and you get 5 or 6 dates and dilute it over night in 500ml of water. After around 12 hours consume the water and drink for up to 2 days after it has been soaked. If left for longer, the water becomes alcoholic which causes the body to become acidic. If you are on a fitness path, this is better than alkaline water which is artifically created and can be harmful. Add some himalayan salt if there is a loss of electrolytes

I am going to try this with some raw dates. I am assuming the sugar content of the raw dates will be lower than of ripe dates.

I used this 4x in a row last night, woke up this morning and farted out a bunch of red liquid into my boxers (possibly blood?) it’s never happened to me before. You think this is from detoxing something nasty from my GI system, PI? I for some reason am not alarmed by it and feel like it’s a good sign. My stomach is now less bloated than it has been in a long time too.
