🕑 Added 2023-10-27 12:11:33 +0000 UTCIn kundalini yoga, there are kriyas for awakening the 10 kundalini bodies which are the Soul Body, Negative Mind, Positive Mind, Neutral Mind, Physical Body, Arc Line, Auric Body, Pranic Body, Subtle Body, Radiant Body. By bringing these bodies in to alignment and awakening them, it makes the flow of kundalini much more smoother. I should have released it before the body of light audio because the concept behind the mantra in that is to merge the different bodies into one rainbow/immortal body of light but regardless, that audio should work much more efficiently after using this one

I guess this is just working on the energetic part, right? It doesn't work on the Physical aspects (I. E. Nervous system, etc) like the actual (physically done) kriya?
