Integrate and heal the shadow self

All of our suppressed emotions and blocks that exist in the unconcious space that we repress or hold onto without realising, will be brought to the front and healed. We are in the last phase of this process. Pluto retrograded back in to Capricorn for a while but will soon return in its direct position in Aquarius. There are also shifts happening because we are still in Saturn retrograde. Saturn represents death in relation to time but Pluto represents the shadow unconscious realm. So during this phase, there is a chance to heal the collective unconscious but that is done by healing the self. This will heal at both the individual level and the collective level.
I was researching the Atman a few months ago and I came across some videos from Indian and Pakistani sufis. The general narrative was that for the last 15 years at least, no one has been succesful in controlling their qareen. In sufi traditions, the qareen is an entity that exists in the shadow and there are a number of rituals in old grimores that teach how to capture the entity. But video after video, people were reporting how not a single person has succeeded. I was enticed to give it a try a few years ago because the qareen can be a powerful ally. It can reveal information in a way that no other means can and gave even transport you or physical items for you. I realsied that they all failed because one they didn't understand the energy on the planet but also two they hadn't done the inner work. They hadn't made the unconscious conscious. Anyway, this is my contribution the collective effort!

The unconscious lies beneath the subconscious. Eg you are listening to a file trying to attract love or do spell work for it because it operates at the subconscious level. However you had feelings for a school teacher or colleague when you were a child and repressed all of those feelings. You are going to block yourself energetically and emotionally from manifesting new love because you had all of these feelings for someone who you didn't realise you had feelings for. So making the feelings conscious and processing them is what breaks the block. You are aware of the block.

Sir, I read that no matter what ever efforts we do during the day to improve our life is not even 0.01% , real changes should happen at unconscious level until then what ever we do is fully as per information stored in subconscious. what actually one means by subconscious/unconscious? Is it just the emotional energy, energy patterns stored in Chakra webs or there is something different? What does it mean "making unconscious conscious"?
