For this effect you can use a threshold off your image and then combine that with the frosted glass layer in the project file :) Hope that helps

im really new to TD so sorry if this is a dumb question but how do I use the filters/effects in these files to achieve this exact look in this thumbnail? I love this almost cartoonish like b&w shader over the image w the blur and such
