Yes, for me it gets really good in the middle of season 2, but it gets to A tier level in the middle of Season 3 [ episode 12 ]

Generally, when people talk about clone wars getting good, they're referring to about midway through season 3 and especially season 4 onwards. So you still have a ways to go until you get to the really great stuff, lol.
