I know this isn't an inherently Christian space but what you were saying aligns pretty much with Christian teachings. Jesus taught that you need to love your neighbor and your enemy as you would yourself or a family member. Meaning showing the same affection to your enemy that you would a brother or sister. Which aligns with what you were getting at in the video with ignoring the reasons to hate somebody and start looking at the reasons to celebrate people.
