Sidious is one of the best villains of all time. Hating him is the point though. If anything I think Alex is a good guy that wants good things to happen to the characters he cares about, the fact Sidious erks him so much means Sidious is doing his job beautifully. You’re definitely not meant to be rooting for Sidious lol

RIP Commander Thorn If u rewatch episode III, Rex is not there, he didn’t exist. Rex made his first live action appearance in the ahsoka show. Actually, a lot of people think Rex was in episode 6 return of the Jedi.. which is crazy, look it up. but it’s not really confirmed nor denied.

Anakin’s whole fall is because he has attachment issues. They started when he had to leave his mother. And he reveals the core problem with Jedi teachings. The Jedi have a great fear of the Dark Side. Specifically, of falling. And because it is simply easier to avoid attachments to begin with than it is to teach their students how to handle loss in a healthy way, you end up with a man that is constantly losing people (his mother, Ahsoka, Padme) who hasn’t been taught how to handle grief.

tbh i feel like alex watched this arc with closed eyes because how the fuck could you say Anakin was right. Clovis was completely played by dooku and there was no chance of him for escape after taking the deal. Of course he shouldnt take the offer from dooku and thus the easy way to his goal but that doesnt mean hes a bad person imo.

I mean in reality, Alex, Clovis WAS genuinely played by dooku and used as both a pawn and an escape goat. Obviously Clovis is a bad person but in this small circumstance he genuinely wasn’t fully at fault and was played
