@Alex Georgiadis That's not the point. The point was that the Clone Wars was perfectly bound by these episodes to Episode 3, not the other way around, since that would be obviously impossible. It shows how great story telling can be made even, if you have to work with already existing material

Yeahhh, I remember being in 5th grade excited af to finally watch the finale of this arc with my favorite character and then having my heart broke, that Ahsoka was pushed to that point and seemingly gone forever. Then not long after we all find out TCW got completely cancelled and would most likely never be revived bc of disney back in the day. That shit gave me depression ngl lmao

Still, I would say give her life in prison instead. Death penalty should be extremely rare, reserved only for *adults* who commit war crimes, terrorism, r*pe, and anything involving harming children. I think this was a ridiculously unfair trial, very likely twisted and manipulated by Palpatine to make Anakin lose trust in the Jedi. We even see in the Tales of the Sith miniseries that Barris wasn't given the death sentence like they would have to Ahsoka, which proves that Tarkin and Palpatine had an extreme bias against her.

I didn’t see any out of character actions. Remember her master Luminara was like a Nun in Catholic school. She was against the Jedi going to war and was an advocate for a team of Jedi to remain peacekeepers. I think Barris just took that and went fanatical.

When I first watched this, I remember it upset me so much I genuinely couldn’t watch any more episodes of Clone Wars, reruns or anything, for like 2 years. I finally watched season 6, and then one of those arcs made upset almost immediately again lol.

What I find the most intresting is how this ties in to episode 3. See in 3 they give anakin a spot on the council but not the rank of master. I beleive this is a way of spitting in his face, about ahoska leaving, since he technaically never had a padawan graduate to become a jedi Knight. SO he cant be a jedi master. TLDR: basically the council mocks anakin in epsiode 3 for Ahsoka leaving, by basically not allowing him to become a jedi master.

I’m SO excited for the next arc in season 6. This Arc, Lawless Arc, the First Arc of Season 6, and the Last Arc are my FAVORITE Arcs. I cant wait for him to see them.

Okay, so in 2012, they had already almost finished season 6. But as you know it got canceled. Now, when netflix BOUGHT the rights to clone wars in 2014, they got Lucas art to finish and released season 6, then named it the lost missions. The show was so highly received that disney bought the rights back and made season 7, which does tie in 100% to Episode III.

Now regarding Barriss...her betrayal of the Jedi was shocking without question. Alot of people weren't happy about it when this episode first aired, not just bc of the betrayal itself, but also because Barriss's actions didn't make sense for her character as far as many people were concerned. The thing that many people forget is what happened in Geonosis, and how a worm crawled into her brain and probably ate out some of it. A very traumatic experience.

Wrong they cancelled it after 5. Season 6 was still in production and they later released the episodes that were finished as lost episodes but by that time the show had been over for 2 years.

One thing is it got canceled from Cartoon Network after S5. S6 which got released on Netflix the next year was the actual cancellation. S7 released on Disney Plus as an exclusive, subsequently bringing the rest of the series along with it. Not to mention it got replaced with Star Wars Rebels which even tho I liked, it got hate bombed to hell for like 3 yrs. Still, ik how u feel

Just wow. she knew how hard her master was, she knew that Anakin was in love with Padme, that it was hard for him, how much he cared for is Friends, and how it was contradictive with the order. and to end with the last words after this season, just: I know... He pretty much defended her thru this at every possible turn and actively went against the clones trying to capture/kill her and went against the council who was trying to expel her
