rebels is just as good as clone wars in my opinion its just very different. Andor and The Mandalorian are very good live action shows but you need to watch those after rebels. Then of course after all that there is the live action Ahsoka show which was pretty good. Just skip the movies 7/8/9 please

I know I’m late doing this but if you want shows to watch next I’d say bad batch for chronological continuation or rebels because it’s the next best thing from clone wars (the first season is more childish but it’s worth it ). If you want live action I would say either the Mandalorian or Andor. Also there is a show called Ahsoka but you need to watch rebels if you want to watch it it’s basically a season 5 of the show and won’t make sense if you watch Ahsoka first.

ehhhhh, the only show i would recommend watching is Andor. I personally wasn't a fan of anything else. And yes, I'll catch flack cuz im not a diehard fan of Mandalorian, but frankly, i just didn't care for it. Nothing beats clone wars though Alex

If you think it’s fun then it’s already more than “nothing but”. It’s also way more true to the heart of the OG George Lucas Star Wars than most of what Disney has put out. Calling a such a successful anthology project from seasoned industry professionals (including A-list voice actors) “nothing but fan fiction” is just dismissive lol

To be fair that’s how it started since it was on Disney XD and all but it became such a hit and they started to put more effort and resources in it making the final two seasons great.

The reason the ship name is lame is because of how cool other ships are! Slave 1 (Boba Fett), Xanadu Blood (Cad Bane), Hounds tooth (Bossk), Millennium Falcon (obviously), Marauder (Bad Batch), Ghost and Phantom (Rebels), scythe (grand inquisitor), leviathan (death revan), Malevolence (General Grievous), Outrider (Dash Rendar), Profundity (Admiral Raddus), and tons more! So that ship name is lame compared to many ships

Meh. It had really good parts but I don’t know what was up with Filoni but all that Ashoka does is be angry at Sabine and stand there with crossed arms. He definitely did her better in Rebels if you ask me 🤷‍♂️

I think tales of the Jedi and tales of the empire* should wait a bit, maybe after rebels which should be first so he can then continue to pretty much any show without the fear of spoilers. Bad batch and the tales have spoilers for rebels and mandalorian/ahsoka shows.

I think Rebels is the n3xt watch. Personally I found the show consistently entertaining...And it also has some insanely great arcs. It also is a near must watch prior to watching Ahsoka.

George Lucas was inspired by the Dune books; spice being one of the things borrowed from them. Rebels is definitely different than CW but to me it rivals it in its own way. So many cool things happen in that show. One of my other favorites is Star Wars Visions. Doesn’t have anything to do with canon or continuity but seeing SW thru a Japanese/Anime lense is so rewarding to me considering how much George Lucas took inspiration from Japanese film. It’s like the art coming full circle.

The live action shows are all pretty basic. Only exceptions are the first 2 Mando seasons, parts of Ahsoka and parts of Kenobi. THATS IT. Disney did a pretty bad job with Kenobi and ahsoka that fans made there own version of the shows, because they were so unsatisfied. Andor is S Tier shit tho. Love that show (but often does not really feel like Star Wars)

"The fastest ship around" really is so goddamn annoying after a while but the names you give her ship makes up for it - "The blazing anal bead" "White lightning" 🤣🤣🤣 When she dumps the spice... omggg shes straight up cooked🤣🤦‍♂️ And notice how ahsoka was only able to convince the main Pyke with the force, so the second in charge said "this is highly irregular" and ends up accelerating the time it took to catch them. So much so that they didn't get 10 feet from the platform before being caught in tractor beams🤣 The Pykes don't mess around!💯

The Mandalorian and Andor are the best IMO. Rebels has a lot of revisits to some of the characters we’ve already seen and ties up some loose ends. But it is more kid-centric.

I would say Andor is probably my favorite star wars show, but it’s pretty different tonally to everything else in star wars. Rebels is definitely a more kid centric show but has some absolutely amazing moments that you’d definitely want to check out after watching clone wars

Being done with Clone Wars isnt the end and rather its new beginning with Rebels, ahsoka season 1, obi wan kenobi season 1, the mandalorian seasons 1-3, book of boba fett season 1.

I don’t think any are *better* but several are just as good. If I were you, I’d watch “Tales of the Jedi”, “Tales of the Sith”, “Bad Batch”, “Andor” and “Rebels”. In that order.
