some scenes in Ahsoka are great, but I think most of it is just...acceptable. Anyway if you planning to watch Ahsoka you should watch Rebels first.

Ahsoka show is good but you should watch mando/book of boba fett first - one main consideration when watching ahsoka show though is that all of the media we see with her in clone wars is literally her as a teenager, rebels is an early adult - ahsoka show is her as a early middle aged woman, and as such her style is alot more matured and focused, its not the high intensity acrobatic style of her youth. I myself struggled at first to see the authenticity until i realised in the ahsoka show we're watching her as like a 40-50 year old jedi, and as such her style, temperament and combat type has changed accordingly In terms of timeline, as far as i recall, by the time of the empire "ending", shes late 30's, her show takes place not to long after that so she'd definitely be in at least her 40's in her own show

I do think some of the scenes are good lol, one scene seemed like a great call back to OG lightsaber battles, though many were not perfect in other scenes, but there were some bangers throughout, look on the light side, compared to the sequel trilogy or the acolyte... the ahsoka show sharts all over them hahah

Trust me we will not make him watch the book of boba Fett, that show was a joke and the only show that gives the acolyte a run for its money. Also the Kenobi show has nothing to do with the Asoka show, it’s good in itself but he doesn’t need to watch it first. I would ask he watch tales of the Jedi but that he watches them all at once because it’s only like an hour and a half in total

Everyone got their own opinion but here's mine, Ahsoka is decent. Watch mando after clone wars if you're craving some live action and adult themes (maybe refresh a lil bit with the episode 6 or the OG trilogy entirely) and bad batch after that if you feel like watching another long animated series. It seems like everyone wants you to watch chronological but that can be draining, and I'm sure the viewership will be much better with mando/bad batch. Rebels is cool but it's very much like clone wars where the first couple seasons kinda suck and it's more of a chore to get to the good shit.

Well you’ve spoiled enough so not really need to say “prevent spoilers”. Also ahsoka in the clone wars is 17. Ahsoka in her show is 45 that’s already been through two wars and has lost everything so it’s not surprising she isn’t acting like a child anymore. That version is a much older and wiser ahsoka than what you were used to in the clone wars.

The Asoka show is good, mixed opinions but still badass, but I mean there are A LOT of things you need to watch before the Asoka show. To watch it, mandatory you need to watch Star Wars rebels (the show heavily ties in with it) and possibly by some peoples standards, you would need to watch the mandolorian and the sequel trilogy first

this was kinda the problem even in her comeback in Mandalorian, she did show only for one episode, but again, she was cold, depressing and not herself at all. She luckily stayed the good charming Ashoka in the other animated shows, will not mention which ones to prevent spoilers.

TBH the Ashoka show is a flop even if you have all the context from the other shows, she ain't even acting like herself anymore, the most interesting parts of the Ashoka show are when she's not even there, they completely removed her charm
