In terms of who is more powerful, Anakin or Vader, it’s a little complicated. Anakin was a powerful Jedi, and had the potential to become the most powerful force user in the galaxy. However, after the loss of his limbs, that potential was permanently cut off. He becomes an extremely powerful Sith, fueled by the purity of his hatred and loss. And may have very well been stronger than Anakin. However, he could never be as strong as Anakin could have become, before his limb loss. Palpatine was always disappointed in the fact that he had invested so much in an apprentice that could never become what he had hoped for. And hated that Vader had settled into his role as his servant, and would never develop the ambition to grow powerful enough to try and usurp him. Which is why when Luke shows up, he’s so willing to toss Vader to the side and recruit Luke. Luke has the potential to become nearly as powerful as his father could have been, and still had most of his limbs lol So, all that to say that if young Anakin could fight Vader, Vader could likely win. However, if Vader fought Anakin as a fully realized master, then Anakin would leave Vader as a smear in the dirt.

Slight correction. Ray was the mocap, but Sam Witwer voiced Maul (and Palpatine) through the entirety of Clone Wars. Sam has talked about how he used Ray’s live action appearance in Phantom Menace to shape the animated versions of Maul he brought to life, as well as the couple of amalgamations of his version and Ray Park’s (season 7, Solo).

Look up who would win ‘dooku or Vader’ it will say physically Vader is stronger, but dooku is faster and has won battlers far superior to any Vader has achieved. Not really. I’m pretty positive that Anakin during operation nightfall was the most powerful version of himself. He killed hundreds of Jedi, including the battle master with relative ease and he never again reached that power

Respectfully, It’s canon that Palpatine was always disappointed with vaders ambition and what he had become (limbless). Vader loses a fair amount of battles due to his blindful rage and Jedis troll his ass all the time. His demons haunt him every chance they get for what he’s done. He needs to spend countless hours in a Bacta tank for his incurable burns. he loses to his own son, who isn’t even the chosen one and gets only 2 weeks of training…. They had to retcon star killer because he embarrasses Vader. The only thing that would back Vader being stronger is George Lucas stating that “Vader had nothing to lose, making him dangerous”, but that doesn’t say stronger.

Stronger than Revan, Malak, Malgus, vitiate, nihilus, etc! Now you may not have read and done more into Star Wars besides just the stuff in screen and if that’s the case I could see why you may think this. But it sadly isn’t true at all Anakin was not more powerful than Vader! Not at all Vader was one of the most powerful and terrifying sith of all time but it may not seem like that but we only see him fight Luke (who even in empire couldn’t bring himself to kill and Ik he was supposed to bring him to palps but even if he was supposed to kill him I don’t think he could) and not Jedi he’s actively trying to murder dead and despite vaders power he was only 80% of the emperors power roughly! Now if Anakin didn’t lose his limbs and more importantly not burn them he could’ve been almost 200% of the emperors power roughly

Hmm I’d say ani, Ashoka, and maul would be enough. Anakin was a lot closer to sidous than people think in revenge. People fail to realize the only reason he lost to Obiwan was the conflict inside him.. if he had no emotional attachment to obi during the fight… it would have been a much shorter fight.

why maul wants to destroy palps: like he said, he was always just a pawn in his plan just like dooku. He was cast aside and forgotten as soon as Palps found someone better than him and he knows he cant return to palps side because palps is eye fucking anakin for his new apprentice. So he wants to rob sheev of said apprentice and start an underground gang thing. Ashoka accepted mauls oppinion that the jedi council and the republic are in a bad state and corrupt so she was willing to fight evil another way with maul i guess... dunno if she would have stayed with him tho xD..

To Clarify it is actually Sidious who is the Phantom Menace. Anakin/Vader is the Phantom Apprentice. Those names signify the Rise of Palpatine and the Fall of Anakin Skywalker which is the whole story behind the prequel trilogy.

Before being 'killed' by Obi Wan, and earlier in the series Sidious killed mauls brother Savage Opress in the same fucking throne room on Mandalore. Sidious already used Maul as a pawn!! Thats why Maul says he and Dooku are alike. USED and Cast aside by Sidious
