It didn't seem odd to me at all that Thanos was speaking some English, I'm from Ukraine and people do that pretty often here, I personally speak to close people and think half in English, half in Ukrainian sometimes, I just have so much of this language in my life, that sometimes it's easier to remember a word I want to say in it then in my native language hahaha
