The guy who plays the "captain" Locke is Christopher Heyerdahl a Canadian actor who is mainly supporting actor with over 130 acting credits. He actually had a part in one episode of "The Last of Us" as Dr. Schoenheiss which is likely were you know him from. He has also been in "Vikings", "Van Helsing", "Stargate Atlantis" and "Supernatural" just to mention a few.

This is why I dislike cops in superhero films. Whoever thought of putting cops in superhero films and tv is one I would love to backhand across the face. I feel like shows could do without the cops because why would we need cop actors who will just make 20% of the shows. Miss chicken kung pao is the most annoying in the show. I hope her and that entire precinct just die in the end.
