This was a FUCKING BANGER!!! I did not expect to love this movie as much as I did, to be honest! I went in fully ready to shit on it, thinking it’d be some watered-down, CGI-heavy nostalgia bait. But I was WRONG! This movie was AWESOME!
It’s loud, it’s intense, and somehow way more fun than it has any right to be. The pacing? Solid. The action? Insane. The dinosaurs? Brutal. I was fully locked in... now maybe that's because of my girthy man crush on Chris Pratt... sure. But still it was FUCKING AWESOME!
Oh, and Bryce Dallas Howard was running for her life in heels like a damn track star! And the Indominus Rex? Straight-up chaos. I caught myself grinning like an idiot half the time and yelling “WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT?!” the other half.

Also, the Rex at the end of movie was OG Rex from first movie. Has the scars from the raptor fight at end of the first movie. Was a nice nod to see her again.

Not sure if it was mentioned but near the beginning when they rode the tram there was a girl behind them reading Ian Malcom’s book. Also, no shock when you first saw B.D. Wongs character from first movie! Man I was flipping out when I first saw the movie.
