I didn't know that, thank you for letting me know!! ;w;

Figured I'd give you a heads up as it seems to catch a lot of people off gaurd. When you add discord access to a patreon tier it will automatically add everyone who has their discord linked to the discord server. So when you do that get ready for a lot of new people all at once! (Some will probably be confused how they got invited as well)

Nice! Thank you for getting back to me! (Also im very excited for my commission)

Ash

It'll only affect current commission slots if the tier you're currently pledged to has a new discount to it. Meaning those who have a new discount to their tier can choose between the new percent one or keep the flat priced one from before In your case, since the tier no longer has a discount you still can use the one it had previously since you're grandfathered in o3o

Heya I was wondering what this change of tier rewards means for people who reserved a commission slot before the change? My commission will be done this month but now my current tier doesnt get a discount anymore. Please note that I dont mind too much but Id just like some clarity (:

This is a copy-paste from their FAQ regarding this question! " What happens when a patron edits their membership? Patron increases their annual membership (joins a higher tier) If a patron increases their annual membership, a pro-rated credit from their initial charge will be applied to the new amount and they’ll be charged the difference between the two tiers. Examples: A patron paid for your $120 tier and upgrades in the same month to your $140 tier, they are immediately charged $20 for the difference between the two. A patron paid $120 in April and upgrades in June to your $140 tier, only $110 from their initial pledge is left and would make their charge to upgrade $30. In both of the above examples, when their membership automatically renews in a year, they’ll be charged their new membership amount of $140, in full. Patron decreasing their annual membership (wants to switch to a lower tier) At the moment, patrons will not be able to lower their annual membership. " If you wanna read through the entirety of the FAQ, here's a link! :) https://support.patreon.com/hc/en-us/articles/360041721372

Sounds good! Quick question, for those of us who paid for 12 months upfront, will this go towards the payment for higher tiers (if we're able to get a slot)? Forgive me but I'm not sure how it all works xD
